Is your internet provider ready to grow? 10 points to check
10 yes-or-no questions for a regional provider to see, in 5 minutes, where you're losing new subscribers — from acquisition to cancellation — and where to start.
What you get
- Where your new subscribers come from, channel by channel
- Whether your ads and support end in an installation visit
- What happens when a subscriber asks to cancel
- How you show up on your neighborhood's Google and to local businesses
- A result with next steps for your case
Answer honestly — nobody sees your answers but you.
1. Do you know how many installation requests came in last month and through which channel each one came (ad, referral, Google, WhatsApp, call)?
2. Do your ads show up only in the neighborhoods and cities where you really have coverage?
3. Is the campaign set up to pursue installation requests (message, call or form) — not clicks or site visits?
4. Have you checked whether some of your paid clicks come from bots or competitors, and is something blocking them?
5. Does someone asking for internet on WhatsApp get a useful reply within minutes — including at night, on weekends and on holidays?
6. Does the conversation with someone asking for internet end with coverage confirmed and the installation visit booked, instead of “we'll get back to you”?
7. Do WhatsApp, social and email conversations live in one place, with each person's history visible to the whole team?
8. When a subscriber asks to cancel, does someone reply the same day, ask why and write it down?
9. When you search “internet” and your city name on Google, does your listing show up with hours, phone, photos and recent reviews answered?
10. Do you have a routine to approach businesses in your city (business internet, dedicated link) instead of waiting for them to find you?
