Do your customers order directly from you — or only through the delivery app?
9 yes-or-no questions about your restaurant's own channel — from Google to the repeat order — to see how much of the order is already yours.
What you get
- Whether people looking for food nearby find your menu on Google
- What happens to the order that arrives on WhatsApp at peak time
- How to call back people who already ordered, without depending on the app
- Whether your ads bring orders or just likes
- A result with next steps for your case
Answer honestly — nobody sees your answers but you.
1. Does your restaurant's Google listing have the menu, hours, good photos and a button or number to order?
2. Do you ask satisfied customers to review the restaurant on Google, and do recent reviews show on the listing?
3. Is a customer who orders on WhatsApp attended within minutes — also at peak time and outside opening hours?
4. Is someone who sends a message through Instagram Direct to order or ask answered right away and recorded?
5. Do you call back people who already ordered — daily menu, promotion or news — through a list of your own, not only when the app allows?
6. Do you know who your every-month customers are — name, contact and what they usually order?
7. Do you know which ad or search each call and message that became an order came from?
8. Does the restaurant's ad pursue orders or contacts (WhatsApp, call) in the delivery area — rather than likes or reach?
9. Does the restaurant have a page of its own, on its own domain, with the menu and a clear way to order?
