Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AutoAgency, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you represent a company, you declare authority to bind it. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

AutoAgency is a platform that provides AI agents specialized in digital marketing for SMBs. The agents can create content, manage ads, publish on social media, generate reports and automate marketing tasks based on your plan.

The service is intended for legal entities or individuals over 18 engaged in business activity. You must provide truthful information at signup. Accounts with false data may be suspended without notice.

• Free plan: free with limits as described on the pricing page.
• Paid plans: billed monthly, with payment processed by Stripe. Accepted methods: credit card and boleto (boleto available for businesses in Brazil). Access is released as soon as payment is confirmed — instantly for card; for boleto, bank clearing takes about 1 business day.
• Renewal: automatic on the same day of the month, with card and with boleto alike — the next month's charge is generated automatically. Cancel any time before renewal.
• Refund: full refund within 7 calendar days of first purchase, by request to suporte@autoagencia.io. Payments made by boleto are refunded by bank transfer to the account holder, which may take a few business days longer than a card refund.
• Late payment and suspension: there is a 3-day grace period from the due date. After that — 72 hours from the due date — access to the platform is suspended. Before that we send reminders to your registered email, each one carrying an up-to-date boleto, with a new date, to settle the balance. As soon as payment is confirmed, access is restored automatically. Data is kept for 30 days for reactivation.
• Campaigns during suspension: along with the access block, the ad campaigns AutoAgency created and manages are paused. This applies to every channel under our management (Google Ads, Meta and others). The pause exists so that no ad budget is spent on an account that is not being actively managed, and it is undone automatically once payment is confirmed — campaigns return to the state they were in. Campaigns that already existed in the account before you hired us, or that were created by you or by third parties, are not affected.
• Regional pricing: displayed prices correspond to the country where the contracting business operates; AutoAgency reserves the right to adjust billing to the correct regional price list if a mismatch is identified.

Each plan has monthly limits on executions (each task delivered by an agent) as described on the pricing page. Unused executions don't roll over. Usage above limits may be suspended or billed as an add-on.

It is prohibited to use AutoAgency to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages or deceptive communications.
• Infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property.
• Create defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic or violence-inciting content.
• Engage in misleading advertising or violate consumer protection law.
• Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the platform or its agents.
• Use the platform for illegal activities or violate policies of integrated platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp).
• Attempt to compromise AutoAgency's security or infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

By connecting integrations (Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Instagram), you authorize AutoAgency to access and operate your account on those platforms within the granted permissions.

Content generated by AI agents is provided as a suggestion and must be reviewed before publication. Responsibility for publishing and using the content rests solely with the user.

AutoAgency and its agents, interfaces, source code and marks are the exclusive property of UnboundSales Marketing & Sales Consulting. Content generated from your data belongs to you.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced 24h in advance. Agency plans include a 4-hour SLA.

AutoAgency is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the plan in the last month before the triggering event.

The tracking phone numbers provided in the Call Tracking (OmniLeadTrace) service are rented and operated by AutoAgency on the client's behalf while the service subscription is active. Upon cancelling the Call Tracking service (or the subscription that includes it), the numbers are released and permanently lost — there is no retention period, later recovery, nor ownership transfer or portability of the number to the client or any third party. We recommend not advertising a tracking number as a sole or permanent contact channel.

You can cancel your account at any time in settings. After closing, data is kept 30 days for recovery and then deleted.

What is removed from your accounts on termination: when you cancel a service or the account, AutoAgency removes from your ad accounts the campaigns and configurations it created while delivering the service — campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, conversions and audiences built by us. They are the output of the engagement while it is active, and do not remain ready to use after it ends. What is yours stays yours: campaigns, conversions and settings that existed before you hired us, or that were created by you or another vendor, are not touched — we keep a record of everything we create precisely to tell one from the other. On termination you receive a full backup of the account (campaign structure, keywords, negatives, conversions and audiences), and ownership of the ad account remains yours: we simply unlink our management.

Prolonged non-payment counts as termination: if payment is not settled within 30 days of the block, the contract is treated as terminated for non-payment and the same removal described above applies, with the full backup generated beforehand. Settle the payment before that deadline and nothing is removed: access is restored and campaigns resume.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil have exclusive jurisdiction.
