What to do in the first minutes after someone reaches out

A short guide to stop losing the sale your marketing already brought in: how to reply, what to ask and how to follow up with those who didn't buy.

What you get

  • Why the first reply matters more than the ad
  • A three-question script for any industry
  • How to follow up with people who said "I'll think about it"
  • What to measure every week to know you're improving

1. The first reply matters more than the ad

Whoever searched and reached out has the problem on their mind right now. In most industries, that same person contacts more than one business — and talks to whoever answers first.

That applies to after-hours messages too. If you close at 6 pm, the question that arrives at 9 pm needs a useful reply right away, even if full service comes the next day.

Try it: message your own business through your website's WhatsApp at a busy time and again after hours, and note how long each reply took.

The guide goes on — leave your email to read it all:

  • 🔒 2. A three-question script
  • 🔒 3. How to follow up with "I'll think about it"
  • 🔒 4. What to measure every week
