The CRM that thinks with you and doesn't stop at the sale

Every CRM celebrates the “closed won” and disappears — and you're back to the Word file, the spreadsheet and the group chat. SalesFlow keeps going: the quote becomes a signed contract, the contract becomes a project with deadlines, the project becomes tasks and hours, and the hours become an invoice with a payment link. And the pipeline fills itself from the sources you already have switched on: you don't type leads.

The sale doesn't end when the client says yes — it ends when the money lands

  • The quote is built in Word, emailed, and nobody knows if it was opened. The acceptance arrives over chat and what was agreed lives in somebody's memory.
  • The contract says one thing and the team delivers another. With no written deadline and no owner, the client complains before you notice you're late.
  • The hours worked are in a notebook, billing depends on someone remembering, and the month closes with delivered work nobody invoiced.
  • And the CRM dies in month three, because someone has to enter every contact by hand — and nobody does.

Why choose The CRM that thinks with you and doesn't stop at the sale

The pipeline fills itself

Whoever messages on WhatsApp, whoever calls, whoever fills in the website form, whoever clicks the ad — each one enters the pipeline with its source stamped on it. If it's the same person from another channel, the system merges them into one record.

Quotes with their own link

You add the line items, the system does the math and generates a link. The client opens it on their phone and accepts right there — and you see when they opened it and when they accepted.

Signed contracts, no extra cost

An accepted quote becomes a contract with the same line items. The client signs on screen and the name, date, time, IP and browser are recorded. No separate e-signature subscription.

Projects with milestones and deadlines

Every contracted item becomes a milestone with a date. Progress is calculated on its own and delays show up before the client calls to ask.

Hours that turn into money

Whoever did the work logs the time. You see what the project earns per hour — and whether the price you charged still makes sense.

Invoices that reconcile themselves

The invoice is born from the contract, the project or the hours, and goes out with a card link tied to your own business's account. When the client pays, it marks itself as paid.

How it works

  1. 1

You connect SalesFlow to the channels you already use. From then on leads come in on their own, with the source stamped.

  2. 2

When it's time to sell, you build the quote with line items and send the link. The client accepts from their phone.

  3. 3

The accepted quote becomes a contract with the same line items, and the client signs on screen.

  4. 4

The signed contract opens the project: each item becomes a milestone with a deadline, and tasks get an owner.

  5. 5

Whoever works logs the hours. The invoice comes out of what was delivered, with a payment link.

  6. 6

Our Agent Klara follows all of it and flags what went cold, what is due and what needs collecting.

Use cases

  • An agency that sells projects, delivers in stages and bills by milestone or by hour.
  • A technical service provider that needs a signed contract before sending a crew.
  • A consultancy that logs hours and wants to know whether the agreed price still covers the work.
  • A company that gets leads across several channels and loses contacts because nobody enters them by hand.
Meet the specialist

Our Agent Klara handles the follow-up

She lives inside SalesFlow and works backstage: she tracks who opened the quote and never replied, flags the deadline coming up, prepares the invoice and tells you what changed in the pipeline. She only states prices, deadlines and scope that are on record — anything that isn't, she won't invent: she calls you. And nothing involving money goes out without your approval.

FAQ

How does the first month for US$ 1 work?

You use the code SALESFLOW1 at checkout. Your card is registered as usual and the first charge comes out at US$ 1; from the second month the list price applies. It isn't a free trial — it's the whole product, paid, for a token amount in the first month. Available to people who aren't AutoAgency customers yet.

What does SalesFlow do that an ordinary CRM doesn't?

It doesn't stop at the sale. In an ordinary CRM the deal is marked 'won' and the story ends there — from then on you're back to the Word file, the spreadsheet and the group chat. In SalesFlow an accepted quote becomes a signed contract, the contract becomes a project with milestones and deadlines, the project becomes tasks and logged hours, and the hours become an invoice with a payment link. Nothing gets retyped along the way.

Do I have to type in the leads?

No, and that's the difference that matters most. Every module you have switched on drops leads in here: whoever messages on WhatsApp, whoever calls, whoever fills in the website form, whoever clicks the Google or Meta ad, whoever writes on Instagram. The contact arrives with its source stamped on it, and if it's the same person from another channel, the system recognises it and merges them into one record.

Is contract signing charged separately?

No. The client signs on screen, with a finger or a mouse, and the name, date, time, IP and browser used are recorded. There's no per-document charge and no separate e-signature subscription. A contract marked as signed can't be reverted, and the account owner can't sign on the client's behalf.

How does the client pay the invoice?

The invoice goes out with a card payment link tied to your own business's Stripe account — the money lands straight in it. When the payment comes through, the invoice marks itself as paid, with nobody needing to reconcile it. An overdue invoice is a reading of the clock, not a field somebody forgot to change.

What does Our Agent Klara do here?

Our Agent Klara is the AI agent handling the follow-up inside SalesFlow: she tracks who opened the quote and never replied, flags the deadline coming up, prepares the invoice and tells you what changed in the pipeline. She only states prices, deadlines and scope that are on record — anything that isn't, she won't invent: she calls you.

Can I use only the pipeline?

You can. All six tools are available from day one, but you use what you need. Plenty of people start with the pipeline and quotes and switch on contracts, projects, tasks, hours and invoices as the work calls for it.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. It's monthly, and you cancel from the screen itself whenever you want, without calling anyone and without a penalty.

You already sell. What's missing is the path to getting paid.

The first month costs US$ 1 with the code SALESFLOW1 — the whole product, paid, no free trial and no lock-in. From the second month the list price applies, and you cancel from the screen itself whenever you want.
