Does LumiClasses take a commission on my sales?
No. You get paid straight into your Stripe or Mercado Pago and only pay the plan's monthly fee, which depends on how many active students you have.
What counts as an active student?
Anyone who signed in to the student area in the last 30 days. A student who finished and doesn't come back doesn't take a seat.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. You type the course name, add the lessons one by one and paste the sales link. The screens work on a phone.
How does the student get into the course?
After paying, they receive an email with an access code. No password needed.
What if a student asks for a refund?
In the first 7 days they request it through the button in the lesson. The money goes back through your gateway, access is removed and you get notified. After that, you refund in your Stripe or Mercado Pago and access is removed the same way.
Where are the videos hosted?
For now, video lessons use an unlisted YouTube link. PDFs, audio and handouts are stored privately: only students with access can open them.
