A bounced email doesn't cost you just that send — it costs you every next one

Upload your list and get, in minutes, every email with a verdict, a reason and a score: which ones exist, which would bounce, and which aren't worth the risk. Invalid addresses stop receiving sends on their own, in Email Marketing and SDRConvert — and Alice explains every result in plain words.

Your list ages on its own, and the provider charges you for it

  • People change jobs and mailboxes get shut down — the list you built a year ago is not the same list today.
  • Past roughly 2% bounces, the provider starts sending EVERYTHING of yours to spam, including to people who wanted it.
  • Your website form accepts a mistyped email without complaining, and the contact is born dead in your database.
  • The list you bought or inherited was never verified — and you only find out how much of it was junk after you hit send.

Why choose A bounced email doesn't cost you just that send — it costs you every next one

Four answers, not one vague score

Valid, invalid, risky or unknown — each with the reason written in plain words and a 0–100 score. You know what to do with every line, not just that the list 'has poor quality'.

The cleaning happens on its own

With autopilot on, every new contact is verified before the first send, and invalid ones never receive a message — in Email Marketing and SDRConvert. You don't need to remember anything.

You only pay for what was verified

1 credit per email. Duplicates in the same list are free, invalid syntax is free, and an email already verified in the last 24 hours doesn't cost again. Credits never expire and there's no subscription.

Protects your website form

One line of code on your site warns people the moment they mistype their email — before it becomes a dead contact. And the API verifies from inside your own system, if you have one.

The file comes out ready to use

Three downloads: the full list with verdicts, valid only (one column, to paste into your sending tool) and problems only. With the domains that failed most, so you can fix it at the source.

How it works

  1. 1

Upload the list (CSV, TXT, XLSX or pasted) or turn on automatic verification — before spending any credit, we show how many unique emails there are and what it will cost.

  2. 2

Every address goes through nine checks, from the cheapest to the most expensive: syntax, duplicates, typos, disposable services, whether the domain receives email, whether it's a role address, and only then the conversation with the recipient's server.

  3. 3

The result shows up live: a verdict, a reason and a 0–100 score for every email, with filtering by category and the list of domains that failed most.

  4. 4

Download in three formats — the full list, valid only (ready to paste into your sending tool) or problems only — and ask Alice what to do with what's left.

  5. 5

With autopilot on, invalid addresses stop receiving sends by themselves in Email Marketing and SDRConvert, and your website form warns anyone who mistypes.

Use cases

  • You're about to send to a list that's been idle for months and don't know how much of it still exists
  • You bought, inherited or collected contacts at a trade show and need to clean them before the first send
  • Your emails are landing in spam and you suspect the list is the problem, not the copy
  • Your website form accepts anything and your database fills up with mistyped addresses
  • You do B2B outbound and don't want to burn your domain reaching mailboxes that don't exist
  • You want the cleanup to happen on its own, without depending on someone remembering
Meet the specialist

Who reads the result with you: Alice

A spreadsheet with 10,000 verdicts solves nothing by itself. Alice looks at your batch and tells you what to do, with numbers: how many to remove, how many to keep, which domains failed most, and what percentage of your list would cause trouble when sending. If you tell her to, she pulls the invalid ones out of your Email Marketing list herself — keeping everything in quarantine, because nothing gets deleted. What she doesn't do: promise 100% accuracy (Gmail and Outlook don't allow verification, and the honest thing is to say so), tell you to throw away the risky ones, or sell you a pack.

FAQ

How do you know an email exists without sending anything to it?

Our server talks to the recipient's mail server and asks whether that mailbox accepts messages — then ends the conversation before sending anything. Nobody receives anything, nobody is told they were verified. It's the same question your provider would ask at send time, only asked earlier, by us, without spending your reputation when the answer is no.

Are you 100% accurate?

No, and anyone promising that is lying. Gmail, Outlook and a few others don't answer that question on purpose — in those cases the verdict is 'risky', which means exactly 'we can't confirm from outside'. Same for domains that accept any address. We'd rather say we don't know than guess 'valid' and let you find out at send time.

What do I do with the 'risky' ones?

Don't throw them away. That's usually where the big client is, because large companies hide the mailbox on purpose. The rule is: send to people who have interacted with you at least once, and leave out those who never opened anything. Alice separates that in the report.

What does it cost, and is there a subscription?

There's no subscription. You buy a credit pack and use it whenever you want — 1 credit per verified email, and credits never expire. A duplicate in the same list is free, a misspelled email is free, and an email you already verified in the last 24 hours doesn't cost again. On activation you get 100 verifications to try it without paying.

Do I have to upload the list every time?

No. With automatic verification on, every new contact entering Email Marketing or SDRConvert is verified before the first send, and invalid ones never receive a message. The list stays clean on its own, without you remembering it.

Does my list stay stored with you?

The verdicts stay in your account, so you don't pay twice for the same address and so invalid ones stay blocked at send time. The list is yours and exports to CSV whenever you want. We don't sell it, don't share it, and don't use your list for anything beyond verifying what you asked.

Can I verify from inside my own system?

Yes. There's an API that verifies one email at a time (the answer comes in under 10 seconds) or a whole list at once. And there's a line of code you paste on your site so the form warns people the moment they mistype their email.
