What it is for
A private school or short-course provider runs everything in one place: students and guardians, classes and enrollment, the roll call for each lesson, grades and report cards, tuition in installments, notices to families and completion certificates.
For underage students, the data protection law requires consent from a legal guardian. The system sends the guardian a link: they read the text and authorize it.
First steps
- In the Courses and subjects tab, create the course and its subjects.
- In the Teachers tab, add your teachers; then create the class in the Classes and enrollment tab.
- In the Students tab, add the student and, under the family icon, the guardian. If the student is underage, request consent.
- In the class list, use the enroll button and enter the tuition: the installments are created right away.
The tabs
Panel
Shows active students, active classes, overall attendance and overdue installments. Leadership also sees what is expected and received this month. Every number comes from your own records.
Students
Each student's record, with an enrollment number generated automatically. Under the family icon are the guardians: relationship, whether they are the legal guardian, whether they pay tuition and whether they receive notices. The consent status is there too: requested, accepted or not requested.
Classes and enrollment
Each class belongs to a course and has seats and a teacher. When enrolling, enter the tuition, the number of installments, the due day and the discount: the installments are created at the same moment. A full class does not accept new enrollments.
Lessons and attendance
This is the teacher's screen: they create the lesson for the class and subject and open the roll call to mark present, absent or excused.
Grades and report card
Choose the class and subject and enter grades, with the maximum value and weight of each assessment. Clicking the student's name opens the report card: average per subject, attendance, absences and status (passed with an average of 7 and 75% attendance).
Tuition
All students' installments, filtered by open, overdue and paid. When the family pays, use Mark paid and choose the payment method. The system does not issue invoices or charge the family on its own: it organizes and shows who is up to date.
Courses and subjects, Teachers and Calendar
The records everything else relies on. The Calendar holds parent meetings, exams, fairs and holidays.
Notices
Write the notice and choose who receives it: all families, one class or one course. When you publish, the email goes out in your school's name to guardians who have an email on file and receive notices; the screen shows how many were notified and how many have no email.
Certificates
When the student completes the course, issue the certificate: it gets its own number and is ready to print.
Common questions
Do I need to install an app? No. Everything works in the browser, on computers and phones.
Can teachers see tuition? No. Tuition, records and certificates belong to school leadership. Teachers record lessons, roll call and grades.
Is there a student limit? No.
