B2B Sales Force (B2BForceAI)

Where it is: Home → Your apps → B2BForceAI (at the top of the screen the module shows as B2B Sales Force) Address: /app/modulos/b2bforceai

What it is for

For distributors and manufacturers that sell to other businesses through sales reps. Each rep enters orders for their own customers, and every item already comes with the special price agreed with that customer. The order total adds up by itself.

When an order is approved, stock goes down automatically and an account receivable is created with the agreed due date. If the order is cancelled later, the stock comes back and the receivable is cancelled. A product below minimum stock raises an alert.

First steps

  1. In the Products and stock tab, add each product with its code (SKU), list price, current stock and minimum stock. Use Categories to organize the catalog.
  2. In the Sales reps tab, add each rep with territory, commission and target.
  3. In the Team tab, set each person's role (administrator, sales manager, finance or sales rep) and link each rep to their record.
  4. In the Customers tab, add the customer companies with tax ID, credit limit, payment terms and the responsible rep.
  5. In the Orders tab, use New order, pick the customer and the products.

The tabs

Products and stock

The catalog with each item's list price and stock, and the low-stock alerts. Under Categories, how the catalog is organized.

Sales reps

The sales rep records, with territory, commission and target.

Finance

Accounts payable and receivable: what is due, what has been paid and the month summary.

Team

Each team member's role in the module and their sales rep record.

Common questions

How do customer special prices work? You set a product price for a customer, with an optional expiry date and minimum quantity. In that customer's orders the item comes in at that price; below the minimum quantity or after the expiry, the list price applies.
