Farm Management (AgroForceAI)

What it's for

It puts the whole farm in one place: properties and fields, crops with an activity plan, inputs and stock, finances, sales and contracts, cooperatives and an AI agronomist that diagnoses pests from a photo and forecasts the harvest. Your whole team sees the same farm data.

First steps

1. In the Properties tab, add the property with its city and location (latitude and longitude — the "Use this device's location" button fills it in from your phone). Then add each field with its area in hectares.
2. In the Crops tab, record the crop for each field and pick the culture.
3. Day to day, record inputs, applications and sales. Finances brings it all together.

The tabs

Dashboard

Active crops, area, recorded income and expenses and upcoming activities. With nothing recorded, the screen says there is no data yet — nothing shows up made up.

Properties

Properties, fields and the location of each one. Also the costs per field.

Crops

Crop list, activity planning, crop simulator, harvested production and the detail of each crop (yield per hectare, water footprint, traceability).

Inputs

Input registry and stock, applications per field and an AI optimization of input use.

Finances

Income and expenses, transactions, AI analysis, accounting export (CSV, OFX, PDF) and reports.

Sales and Records

Sales and contracts; customers, suppliers and service providers (the CNPJ fills in the details).

Cooperatives

Cooperatives, contracts and payouts. Each contract has a public page to verify it.

Agronomy AI

An assistant that knows your farm, pest diagnosis from a photo, harvest forecast, smart planting and alerts. Below 70% confidence the diagnosis comes out as "not identified".

Weather and market

Weather forecast at the property and CEPEA, CONAB and Chicago prices. When a source doesn't answer, the screen says which one — no made-up price shows up.

Sustainability, Quality and traceability, Rural credit

Sustainability score, incentive programs, climate risk, carbon estimate (internal, not a certified credit), quality inspections, sensors, traceability and rural credit simulation by the system's rules (not a bank approval).

Team

Who in your account uses the module. To invite someone, use your account's Team screen.

Plans

• Producer: up to 2 properties, 30 photo diagnoses and 4 harvest forecasts per month.
• Farm: up to 10 properties, 200 and 40.
• Cooperative: up to 25 properties, 600 and 150.

Users are unlimited in all plans. When you reach the limit, the system tells you and points to a plan change.

Common questions

Do I need to install an app? No. It works in the browser, on computers and phones.

Does the photo diagnosis replace the agronomist? No. It points to the most likely pest or disease and states its confidence; to decide on treatment, confirm with your agronomist.

Why does satellite analysis ask for the location? Without the property's latitude and longitude there is no area to observe. Add it in the Properties tab.
