You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you, at any time. This page explains how.
Two ways to request
1. By email (fastest)
Send an email to our DPO (Data Protection Officer) with subject "Data deletion request". Use the same email registered in the platform so we can identify your account automatically.

If you have an active account, you can request from inside the app:
- 1Go to autoagency.io/login and sign in
- 2Navigate to Company → Settings → Account
- 3Click "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page
- 4Confirm with your password
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 48 business hours
- Within 15 days we remove your data from production (profile, conversations, integrations, generated media)
- Backups are purged within 90 days (minimum legal retention)
- Anonymized data in aggregate metrics may remain (does not identify you)
- You receive an email confirmation when the process completes
Connected Instagram or Facebook?
If you used Meta login (Facebook/Instagram) and want to revoke AutoAgencia's access without deleting your full account, go to facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites → AutoAgencia → Remove. This disconnects access to your Meta data. Full account deletion follows the steps above.
