What counts toward commission?
The subscription of anyone who came through your link: 20% of each paid monthly invoice, for 12 months. One-off services, credits and single purchases don't count.
What if they don't subscribe right away?
No problem: your link is remembered in their browser for 180 days. If they come back and subscribe within that time, on the same browser, the referral is yours.
What if two people refer the same business?
The first referral wins: whoever brought them first keeps the commission. A newer link doesn't replace it.
How and when do I get paid?
Every time a referral pays their monthly invoice, the commission is recorded and you get an email. It goes out in the next payout: Pix in Brazil; elsewhere, a transfer to the bank account you gave us.
Do I need a company, an account or to pay anything?
No. Joining the program costs nothing — we only ask where to reach you and where to pay you.
Where do I track my referrals?
By email, on every commission. If you're also a customer, your dashboard has a Referrals page with the full history.
